Greek Easter Menu-
Appetizers- choose one
Spanakopita- baked filo pie filled with spinach, feta, scallions and dill
Skorthalia and Taramasalata with housemade bread
Halloumi- grilled halloumi cheese with arugula, parsley and mint salad
Magiritsa soupa- traditional Easter soup with lamb hearts, kidneys and livers, lemon, dill and rice
Entree- roasted lamb shoulder with lemon potatoes, braised greens and tzatziki
Dessert- choose one
Baklava- spiced honey syrup-soaked layers of filo filled with walnuts and cinnamon
Galaktoboureko- syrup soaked filo filled with semolina-vanilla custard
Tsoureki- traditional sweet Greek Easter bread with orange zest and almonds
